Service rating : I love the Austen brothers shirts however, I have been a bit let down in the sizing dept as I find that there are huge variances between fits even though they are the same size and style. Relating to the quality of the products ordered, maybe it's because of the "easy iron" option, but I don't feel that they are as good a quality as the shirts I purchased from Austen Brothers two years ago (which prompted the repeat purchase). Time will tell. Otherwise very happy with the service and delivery.

I orderered the same size (38ES) for all shirts and sometimes the fit is reasonably loose (e.g. Herringbone) and other times way tighter (Sky Twickenham). Another problem is that your online sizes are in inches whereas the shirts are in cm (there is no key or table to confirm so it's a guessing game buying online when you've bought a shirt via staff club.
