The delivery men were unhappy because the destination was a block of flats and on the fourth floor. Actually this was not a problem because they were able to use the lift but they were unhappy because they had not been informed in advance. There is no facility for customers to give this info when placing orders on the web

thank you for your feedback, we do make it clear on the delivery page that on a block of flats we only deliver to the front door. If you would have emailed we could have informed the delivery company to pre-warn them although they still did take it up to the flat.
