However, when I exchanged the item I did not get the option to pre-pay for possible return. Therefore, it has cost me another £4 to return the item that didn't fit. This now makes the item I purchased more expensive than originally thought. Product rating : I originally ordered a size 6.5 which came up too large for my size 7 feet. 16-May	The Venturax Stowaway Folding Bike	Service Product	Service rating : my order arrived late. I ordered it on Tuesday with 24 hrs delivery paying 2 pounds extra. On the end of ordering it said that on Thursday it would be delivered. At 4pm I called to their operator wondering what happened, operator answered - it says it will be delivered on Friday. She promised that will return to me that 2 extra pounds. On Friday at 4pm operator said me something about seven, when asked was it about time, operator agreed - of course, noting was delivered at that time and nobody answered me after that time. Saturday-Suanday were weekend and Monday - bank holiday. It was delivered on Tuesday (finally!). Another one small detail - it was going together with a gift, so, that gift wasn't delivered on Tuesday. I had to call again and it was delivered on Friday. 8 days delay in total and 5 calls for 10p per minute to take my order as it was ordered. P.S. 2 extra pounds for the express delivery still haven't returned. I believe, that I already spend that amount for calls. Product rating : no any complains about bicycle - it is as promised.
