Clifford James sells mens and womens shoes and clothing, and has a database of over 600,000 loyal customers. Although, the business has become one of the largest suppliers of shoes in the UK, we have never lost sight of what has taken us here, namely quality and value for money.

Items have been as described. When there was a problem over size this was sorted out quickly and efficiently. 01-Mar-2013	Tattersall Shirts by Champion	Service Product	Service rating : I have ordered several times over the past couple of years, but never been successful before due to not having stock of anything popular - it reminds me of the £99 flights to New York years ago, when potential customers phoned they were told out of stock now, but you can go for £249! My attempt this time was for two shirts, but only one was in stock which they knew when they took my order, but chose not to inform me at the time. Later I was informed but requests from me for confirmation of a refund were ignored. Instead they sent one shirt with the normal delivery charge included - if two shirts were sent the delivery charge would be the same, so if I order another later, I'll end up paying a second delivery charge and more overall. I think retailers are just grasping in the economic climate. Customer service dreadful. Product rating : On a positive note, the actual shirt is of reasonable quality considering the low price and washes well with minimal ironing. Read more	Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry we were unable to supply the slippers. When we originally took your order the stock allocation system showed the size and colour your slected as in stock and sent an email advising you of this, but unfortunately when the stock was checked there were physically non on the shelf. As we are unable to obtain fresh supplies we had no alternative but to refund you for the slippers. The majority of our orders are despatched by DX express courier service who do not deliver to Northern Ireland. We have alternative delivery services, including the Royal Mail, for your area which sadly charge a premium to deliver and these charges have to be passed on.
