Clifford James sells mens and womens shoes and clothing, and has a database of over 600,000 loyal customers. Although, the business has become one of the largest suppliers of shoes in the UK, we have never lost sight of what has taken us here, namely quality and value for money.

Product rating : I do not know how to rate this product as in the advert (instructions on the box) it is mentioned that the noise made by the product cannot be heard by human but my grand daughter who is 6 years old and my daughter who is 25 could hear the noise it is making. After taking a look at the order you submitted, you only appear to have selected one pair of shoes. We do ask customers to select both of their choices at the point of order as most people choose two different styles, colours or sizes. I have just checked and we received the boots back on the 17th October and the replacement pair are due for delivery today. I hope that you will forgive us for the mistake.
