Clifford James sells mens and womens shoes and clothing, and has a database of over 600,000 loyal customers. Although, the business has become one of the largest suppliers of shoes in the UK, we have never lost sight of what has taken us here, namely quality and value for money.

Immediate response was good. The robin's activation is irregular. Could it be the cold temperature? I found a real robin outside the conservatory going bonkers at the sight of the pretend one. Robins are territorial and it did not like it! A lot of fun though. It has taken more than 15 seconds to complete this feefo. Product rating : First slipper type shoe I have found in ages which fit my small feet. (size 5) I am very pleased to have found a source of size 5 shoes for men, with a variety of styles. Well done. 02-Dec-2012	Wool Lined Moccasin - Brown	Service Product	Service rating : Clifford James/ Samuel Windsor still seem to have problems correctly sizing their slippers & moccasins. I am usually a size 6 UK (40 EU) but their size 6 unlined moccasins (& Albert slippers) were much too small. I ordered the size 7 wool lined mocs to ensure decent, if possibly loose, fit (they don't do half sizes in these). What they sent me was size 8, with an explanation slip that they've reviewed their sizing & these should fit perfectly! And guess what?... the ARE a reasonable, if slightly loose. fit so goodness what size 7 is like, never mind 'my' size 6. And I therefore still feel aggrieved they wouldn't exchange the size 6 slippers & moccasins I bought (on a 'I offer to return 2 & get just 1 pair back' basis as I'd left it way past their 30 day deadline), when all along their sizes have been totally wrong! Buying mocs or slippers from them is complete guesstimation. And an 'original' price of £99.95?!?... come off it! This said, the shoes & boots come in full & half sizes & I found size 6 & a half to be a good equivalent to UK 6/ EU 40 (a few manufacturers equate UK 6 to EU 39/ 40). Product rating : Notwithstanding crazy sizing (see above), these are reasonable quality &, at the offer price of £15, decent value. They are never worth the 'ticket price' of £99.95, though! For this reason I will not be using this supplier again. Product rating : Delivered one size bigger than ordered, and even this seemed almost too tight for comfort, but otherwise good quality item Read more	The majority of our orders are despatched by DX express courier service who do not deliver to the Isle of Benbecula. We have to use alternative delivery services for this area, including the Royal Mail, which sadly charge a premium to deliver and these charges have to be passed on. If you feel that the shoes are a little too tight for you, please feel free to use our free returns service to exchange for a larger size. All the best Tom

I can see that you haev been in contact with our customer service team who have now sent a replacement. It is such a shame that some of the items you ordered were not a perfect fit.
