Thank you for your feedback. One of the issues with buying slippers by mail order is that you cannot try them on before you buy them, as you would on the high street. Our shoes and slippers are manufactured to a G fitting. We offer a free returns service should an exchange be required.
We notice that you have marked the slippers as poor. If there was anything wrong with the shoes themselves apart from them not fitting to your feet, please let us know. Otherwise, we would be very grateful if you would amend your score to reflect the slippers themselves.
