The products were late being delivered, but I was kept informed. I needed to contact regarding the cool bag, and they resolved quickly

Cooler Bag

Useless a very bad design flaw in it. It was described as a Cool bag, when I spoke to CS, I was told it was a bag for the BarBQ!?

Cordless Trimming Shears

Doesnt cut very well and doesnt work on edging the lawns. The 'long' handle accessory that I bought is far too short and is does not work when trying to use with the handlheld shears to cut the edges. In summary £40.00 very badly spent.
