I purchase goods which arrived in good time. Two weeks later i received a letter stating I had not paid for the items, which was odd as I had paid using a debit card and received confirmation. CJ had not taken the money from my account. I rang and paid. I later found that they had taken the payment twice. The customer service was not good with no explanation given as to how it happened. when you pay check your statement, if they cannot explain how it happened it might occur again.
