I would just like to add that every other mail order company I use deliver in bags that can be re-used for any necessary returns. I really cannot see why Clifford James cannot do the same? By way of explaination we provide a free returns service (at considerable cost to ourselves) but without increasing our prices I am afraid that we cannot meet the cost of including a returns bags with every order, especially when only a small proportion of orders are returned.
