Service rating : Online order dealt with promptly & goods delivered quickly within expected time.
Product rating : So far clocks are fine. Picked up signal & adjusted to correct time. Clear large display. Noticeable ticking when room is quiet so may not be suitable for bedroom.

It took two weeks to deliver which is not very efficient. Also one item was the wrong colour and has been returned for replacment.

Service rating : Clock was ordered but arrived broken, replacement clock sent BUT I paid for noxt day delivery and it took me over a week to get a clock that works. 'Clifford James' was excellent in response to problem regarding the clock.
Product rating : Would have been good to have been told that the 'ticking' noise from the clock is far too loud, its all you an hear when you are in the same room as the clock.
