It's quite difficult to be polite about the customer service, first one of the items i had ordered was out of stock and then my order arrived with an item missing and a note to say this also was out of stock. I then got an email from them saying they were disappointed that I had cancelled my order(when I obviously hadn't) and I had to wait over a week to be refunded. The stuff I did get was ok but I wont be using them again as there is no guarentee that everything will arrive. All in all a bit rubbish really.
