I was offered the number of courier so that 'I' could "chase things up" I said I did not want to be held in constant lines listening to music and it was suggested that this was in some way normal or acceptable! I was refunded £2 but robbed of a day I will not risk using this company again. Product rating : They are rubber boots. They do not leak. Had they arrived when needed I would have been more impressed. Thank you! Product rating : I'm really happy with these boots. They keep my feet warm as toast, are very comfortable (I have worn them literally all day and felt absolutely fine) and provide good grip on icy surfaces. We do not want our email published online but hope the comments will be helpful. We thought the items we liked were worth the rest put together so did not contact you and in any case we can't return the unusable items from abroad - not worth the expense or bother. Product rating : The product is wonderful - snug, easy to get on & off one-handed (my right-hand is currently in plaster following a fall I sustained before getting these boots with their excellent tread) and definitely "fit for purpose".
