However, postage fees are not as friendly as other online companies.Product rating : My brother dislikes this with a passion: he says it makes him thing of a shabby old dressing gown someone has cut up and made into a pencil case: the background colour is dreary and the print looks like a fluorescent cabbage. But he was unable to put me off. It's well made, and in the right context looks quite pretty. I use it for my hairbrushes :-)

Service rating : Great service, fab products but just missed out on an excellent for two reasons: firstly, the impenetrable packaging (very grateful it was so well protected but it was a nightmare to open!) and the fact that they sent an email on the day my goods arrived offering me a discount of 15% of future purchases that had to be used in the next 48 hours. Sorry to be picky, but it would have been nicer to have had (and I would have been far more likely to use) a discount that lasted a bit longer.Product rating : Lovely, lovely set - very much looking forward to using it when the sun eventually comes out!

Although I'm not impressed by the courier company. Parcel was left on the doorstep, fortunately a neighbour spotted it and brought it in. Previous order of 3 candlesticks, the medium candlestick was broken. Unsure if to order anything again.
