They are an excellent company to deal with. Delivery is fast and efficient and the web site is easy to use. They have many great offers throughout the season.
Their products are first class and every order I have placed with Fishtec has been accurate when delivered and has lived up to the discription given of the product. Their staff are knowledgable if advice is required.

I have used Fishtec regularly for about 3 years now, mainly purchasing rods and reels. All the equipment I have purchased gets well used (by my son and myself). The 'compact' rods are very good, and ideal for taking on holiday as they don't take up too much space. I have always found the service excellent, and to date have no complaints.

When the products eventually arrived they were of the expected quality. However, the order had been delayed by over 3 weeks because one item was unavailable. Fishtec informed me by letter (despite having my e-mail address) that this was due to arrive on 24th Jan, which was a surprise as the letter was dated 25th Jan, which is when the bulk of the order actually arrived. Despite repeated calls to customer services it was not until Jan 31st that I found out there was a problem with the supplier and the item in question would not arrive for another four weeks at least, so consequently I cancelled the outstanding item immediately. Needless to say I have been extremely disappointed by the lack of adequate customer service and provision of information in regards of this particular item. I am also disappointed that the website does not advise which items are out of stock (unlike other competitor sites), enabling customers to make an alternative choice. I would be extremely reluctant to use Fishtec for any future mail order purchases, especially for major tackle items, and would not recommend that aspect of their service to fellow anglers. I have bought many items by mail order over the years and this is the first time that I have had any issues of any kind from a supplier.

The processing of the order was fine apart from not receiving the three free fly boxes. I had to phone back and request the missing boxes. No explanation was forthcoming or offered. I received the boxes two days later so Fishtec redeemed themselves there.
However it is disconcerting that the 10% discount for members of the discount club is not processed at the time of ordering. I recently ordered a boat seat and whilst at the time I was expecting to a discounted price this did not happen. The delivery invoice stated the price was reduced by 10% but I have yet to check my bank statement to confirm this. Worse still, I received an e-mail on the day of delivery offering the boat seat with a 10% discount - what is the advantage of my discount card?????

Super products, great service.
Purchased three Enigma carp rods, originally £250 each, I paid £62 each for these little gems in the new year sale
They are simply the best rods I have ever used, I am still thinking someone will call me asking for more money as they made a big mistake with their pricing.
Anyone want to buy two mid range Shimano`s, these Enigmas`s knock the socks of them in every way.

Service rating : Fishtec are now my no1 choice for all my main purchases. They offer a quick reliable service that other firms can only strive to aspire to. Whether i've ordered by phone or on the internet, service has always been very efficient, polite and informative. The Tfg products are so good, once you've made one purchase they basically sell themselves. I now own numerous Tfg products and can find fault in any of them. My friend got rid of his Greys barbel rods and bought a set of Tfg ones after using mine. Highly recomended. Honestly you won't be dissapointed!
Product : These trousers along with the jacket have made time on the bank so much more comfortable, i don't know how i ever used to last all those hours before. Highly recommended, best clothing i've ever owned.
