I bought an airflo 40+ fly rod with 5 pieces for £100 and on the first day one of the top sections broke. This has cost me £25 under your returns policy plus my postage to you. I phone you and asked for a replacement tip at cost which would be under £20 and this was refused. Replacement tips for expensive rods for £25 may be a good service, but not for a £100 rod which is less than a week old.

Superb service. I have placed several large orders with Fishtec over the last few months and i have no complaint. last order was delivered at 9am the following day. You get the odd issue of out of stock items but we should expected this once in a while. When anything has been out of stock Fishtec have always phoned to let me know and they stick to their word on a new delivery date of the item in question. I will continue to use them.
