Service rating : Very quick service and all the products i wanted were in stock.Product rating : I tie saltwater flies on size 4 stainless hooks and the big fly thread is perfectly balanced to the materials used and the diameter of the steel on the hook.

Somehow I managed to miss out on dicounts offered at time. Not happy.

The ordering on the fishtec site proved to be difficult..I tried ordering one only of each item and when approaching the final basket I found 2-3 4 items on the order...it took me some time to rectify this.When my order arrived I found one item had been missed off.I phoned immediately and after a long "hanging on" period I spoke to a tele sales person and a replacement item was sent on.I was not impressed with the computor site.
Good price on hooks is the main reason for using fishtec + 10% dicount
I have always received good service from this company. Their prices are reasonable and the goods are despatched promptly.
For some itels, Fishtec are very useful and often the rpice#s are good.
