Service rating : I like the general approach. Good prices especially with discount card. gifts can be a bit 'clearance' like 10 reel case or tropical line but good quality so no complaints. Support responsive, would like to be able to review orders more easily perhaps. but really like fishtec and will keep using. not best source of flies though expensive and mass produced. but handy :)Product rating : ok

Order arrived as described and on time. In general, excellent service except for one thing: I thought £3.50 p&p for a dozen flies was a bit excessive.
