Service rating : I bought 4 packets of fritz, as there was no chance I was paying £3 p&p for 1 packet of fritz. The minimum postage charge of £3 for a packet of fritz is excessive! I do not believe however that leaving this comment will make 1 bit of difference as I have had the pleasure in the past of speaking to the owner of fishtec on the phone, and there is no way he will ever take any1 else's constructive criticism on board. The only reason that I bought the fritz from fishtec is because I couldn't get it anywhere else.Product rating : Excellent fritz, I have caught many fish whilst fishing blobs tied with the fritz when others were struggling badly and not getting as much as a bite.
Service rating : The staff are alwaty frindly and helpfull and try to do everything possible to help. Nothing appears to be too much trouble and if there are any problems they get sorted out without a fuss. For me the best Fly Fishing service available.Product rating : Not the best quality fritz I've had, the Funky Fly Tying is much better quality. The Olive was small scrawny and patchy. Not recommended. Service from Fishtec as always remained second to none.
