I was told on the phone that the price of the hooks had doubled since I ordered. I believe it was cancelled intentionally so that I would have to order at the new price. I did not re-order although I believe the order should have been honoured at the price I ordered at. I don't think I will be coming back to Fishtec after that unfortunately, lost the trust. We have recently located a very brief period where there was a problem uploading orders from our website; unfortunately your order was one of those affected. Our Web Site Technicians have confirmed that this problem has now been rectified and there should be no further problems. We would really hate to lose you as a customer and I do hope that you will not be put off from replacing your order now this technical hitch has been rectified. I'm afraid that the cost price of all of the Kamasan hooks that we stock has recently been doubled by our suppliers, which in turn means that retail price had to increase. Unfortunately we would be unable to offer the hooks at the old retail price, but as a gesture of goodwill we will be happy to offer you a 15% off the current web site price.
