Order delivered very quickly and all items sent, which was good for quite a large order.

Slightly dissapointed with Fishtec. I orderd my products and paid extra for the next day delivery service because I was planning on going fishing and needed my order ASAP. I checked that it was before the cut off for next day delivery so I should have got my order the following day. However it did not arrive until 2 days after leading to a wasted day waiting for a delivery that never came and a change for my plans for the following day. It also said that because my order was over a certain amount I would get a free gift. This has never arrived. The products when they did arrive though were all good.
Very good will be using them all the time now.
Been using Fishtec for the past year. In my opinion you can't beat them for service and price if you have a membership.

Service was OK, but could do with giving despatch date. I had to ring on premium rate number to find out when order was due for despatch. Was told the following week, but order was then sent out earlier causing confusion as to arrival time.
