Every order was delivered next day as requested, Sadly a few items ordered were not available at the point of shipping however they promptly advised new delivery dates within the hour. confused by email telling me 1 item would not be delivered until after 16/10 but it came within a couple of days.
service was excellent but I had to drive to Yeovil to get package as the delivery company took over 5 day to delver and I was fishing on the Saturday and they would not deliver. Fishtec excellent delivery company very poor.

The first pod I received was very badly scratched, customer serviced sort a replacement quickly and without hassle. The problem is the pod, cheap, nasty and overpriced. I should have returned it and saved a bit more money. I don't think you should stock things of that poor quality.
