For the first time in all the years I've been buying products from fishtec. The service has been shocking. Items took 11 days to arrive and I still haven't recieved all my items. Spoke to a number of staff on the phone and nobody could find out where my items were. I also think you should consider another courier service as their services were poor. The communication as a whole between your couriers and yourselves needs sorting out. I got told about 5 different things about where my items were. Nobody had a clue. I don't like to give fishtec bad feedback as I'm a loyal customer. But I hope this was a one off.
