first class service and great products
Great service the items I ordered arrived in good order within only a couple of days. One item was not available, however communication from Fishtec with regard to the status of this has been great so have never been left wondering what's happening.

Service rating : I was sent the wrong 'free' item, despite changing the item at checkout to something I wanted to try (10lb fluorocarbon) I was sent a cap, of which I already have a dozen! - I was also charged more than what the postage stated at the checkout stage, I was not made aware of this until it arrived and looked at the invoice, so BEWARE you may be charged more than what you agree to at checkout...Product rating : I was expecting this to be clear weighted tube as it was in that section, it did not differentiate on the website...
