Service rating : I ordered the items and afew days later they were delivered to a different address than I had put on the order, they were quite rightly refused at the address and were sent back somewhere. It wasnt until I phoned fishtec 6 working days after my order that I was informed that the items had been sent and refused. Why dont fishtec send the items to the correct address and if they failed to deliver why dont they phone or e mail the customer to find out why? Poor customer serviceProduct rating : the description would suggest that it is warm in three seasons. I used it on a warmish september night and was cold.

Service rating : Very good, but could be better. Could do with more variety of items. I had to make 2 different orders to 2 different tackle websites due to Fishtec not stocking everything i needed. So what i'm saying is i'm looking for a 'one-stop shop'.Product rating : I ordered a second Force 8 sleeping bag for the mrs when she comes with me. But when i opened the bag and compared it against my other one which i bought from Fishtec about 2/3 yrs ago, it appeared to be half the thickness. So not happy about that really.
I think it is a very good sleeping bag kept me warm on a very cold night would definatley by one again !
Excellent company! I have place 4 orders with fishtec and they get better and better everytime. on my last order there were some items out of stock not only did they send me an email but also rang me as well to let me know. was a little disappointed when I got a card through my door to say that they had missed me as I put a note on my front door to ask them to deliver it next door as I had to go out but I rang them and it was delivered by 9am the following day so wasn't to bothered. My number 1 choice when buying new gear, although its a bit limited with regards to the veriety of companys that they stock. Overall 10/10
