Helpful staff, but I missed days fishing due to lateness of delivery. Order took longer than the 2-3 working days paid for. Also order incomplete due to Danica spare spool missing from the reel, I was unaware that this needed ordering separately, if it is free it should automatically be included.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately when your order was placed we had just commenced our annual stock take, which does prevent all orders being despatched during this short period. This was clearly displayed on our Home Page. I can confirm that this necessary process was completed 22nd of August and I can see that your order was delivered less than 48 hours later.
Our IT Team is currently investigating a solution to the free spool issue that you have raised. We do apologise for any confusion caused by this and once again apologise for the delay in fulfilling your order.
