Delivery slower than others
The staff are alwaty frindly and helpfull and try to do everything possible to help. Nothing appears to be too much trouble and if there are any problems they get sorted out without a fuss. For me the best Fly Fishing service available.

Unfortunately the order was not sent to the address I specified, dispite my phoning in response to the emailed order confirmation, and the net did not meet the criteria set out in the catalogue in respect of the length of the handle, which was my main reason for choosing it.
