Service rating : Excellent service when the boots were changed for a larger size.The gentleman I contacted was extremely helpful.Product rating : Have worn them once and had a problem with them. The boots appear to have distorted due to the way they were packed.They were flattened and due to their stiff construction rubbed the sides of my calves causing severe discomfort.I am trying to sort this out by packing them inside the boot. Watch this space.
