The overall service is very good with very quick delivery, however I have tried to order stuff from the sale catalogues as soon as they have arrived and on at least 2
separate occassions the product has been discontinued before it's inclusion in the catalogue! Basically advertising gear that was never available.

TFG Force 8 Quilted Fleece Jacket | I bought a force 8 waterproof jacket about 3 years ago which included the force 8 fleece. My wife decided she wanted one of the fleeces, but when it arrived the size was different from the original ie. mine was an XL which swamps her so we ordered a L which is too small, we changed this for an XL and even this is on the tight size !! Debating on wether to send this back as well and get a refund!.The lining quality is also very poor and no where as thick as original, overall very poor quality, probably made in China. | |
