It is my first big disappointment with fishtec.
It's a pity a command(order) not complette.
With paid but not received article.
And toujoursdes probleme to register sacarte of member(limb) in the command(order).

Thank you for taking the time to offer this important feedback .It appears that we have failed miserably in offering even a basic level of service at pretty much every opportunity given to us. Please be assured that the saga you have been through is in no way representative of the high levels of service we usually offer our customers. I am very embarrassed and would like to personally apologise for the trouble you have been put to and hope this extremely rare incident will not deter you from ordering from Fishtec in the future.
