Then got a mail saying it was going to be £10 and could I please confirm this was okay. I replied I was not happy with this and argued the charge. They seemed to take this as confirmation that I agreed and went ahead and shipped the order and charged the £10 shipping. I will never shop here again as they are a bunch of lying scumbags!!!! Read more	Thank you for your feedback. All overseas orders receive a minimum postage price when the order is placed through our website and we do state in our Terms and Conditions that "if the postage amount is greater than the minimum, postage will be calculated after the order is submitted. Customers will be informed prior to despatch by email. We will only send orders if all items are in stock." However, I must apologise that the Customer Service Advisor that you were dealing misinterpreted your email and as a gesture of goodwill I have arranged for your postage charge to be refunded in full. I would like to confirm that we are non-profit making from postal charges, all orders that are shipped outside of mainland UK are shipped to our customers at cost. We do take measures to ensure that mistakes of this nature are kept to a minimum but sadly human error does intervene. Looking at our records I can see that we processed your order at 15:48 on the Thursday that you have mentioned. Although we then try our best to ensure that the order is still delivered next day we cannot unfortunately guarantee it unless we receive the order before 3pm, as stated on our website. In response to customer feedback we have recently introduced a system similar to the one you have described. Our new live stock facility shows the real-time status of an item before an order is placed, and where applicable advises of the out of stock orders expected delivery date. We hope this innovation will prove useful to you in future.

I have bought flies from you ,they are ok ,the hooks are very thin,not verysharpe.I think you should maybe look at the flies, flies by the dozen have on offer.They seem to be more of a better quality. The reel that I was intersted was very poor. I have since paid 65 pounds for a reel in dunchurch fishing tackle shop.Excellent quality. You maybe should only sell better quality goods.
