Product rating : The description was of ruby red orchids, but they turned out to be white. This meant that it did not have much colour. I was a little disappointed.

I sent a card for a birthday and didn't know that the recipient had gone on holiday. She returned 5 days after the card was delivered and had to pick it up from the post office. The flowers were still in good condition and she is now enjoying them! We recently had a card given to us and the flowers lasted for 3 weeks. Lovely!

Service rating : I oredered my flowercard to be delivered on Monday 13th May. I phoned Tuesday 14th May to say that they hadnt been delivered. i was meant to receive a phone call on the Wednesday but I didnt. Phoned again Wednesday evening to be told that they will dispatch them again but delivery wouldnt be until Monday 20th. I am pleased it was a thank u present rather than a birthday one - as it would have been a week late. Wasnt offered postage back.

Birthday Cheers

It would be better if there was a little more space for writing the message. As a strict 25 letters per line also waste some space if a longer word is used. Have used you on several occasions and the recipient is always delighted. Extra word space would have been perfect.
