He let me fly for over half the flight, and it was a very memorable and incredible experience. Very professional. I wish I could do it every weekend!
Service rating : Didn't take long to check in and I immediately went to my car.Product rating : Oh man. This was the most fun a person can have. This rates right up there with my first and only ride on a Harley. I've always love speed and this has far reached my expectation. The driver was so nice and the others guys that helped me were super nice too. Got to drive in the Mountain Dew 88 car (Juniors). Everyone should try this just once.
Service rating : very poor staging.The people in the trailer had poor control on what was going on.Should maybe mark lines.Some people were in one line waiting, were told to go to another line. Service rating : This was the most unorganized experience of my life. We stood in line for hours. What was supposed to take at most an hour took more than half the day. Cars sat Idle long periods of time, had to wait for a helmet and they ran out of suits. The only improvement I would like to see would be to do everything from the Internet, however the phone call was easy, so not a huge deal.Product rating : You are not going to fly over the redrocks in Sedona. Your flight is mostly over Camp Verde. I knew this going into the flight, so all was good, but I think you would be disappointed if you didn't know that beforehand. Had excellent time and the Balloon crew was awesome. Highly recommend.
Service rating : The were not staffed to take care of us in 15 mins. We ran out of helmets that were smalll and medium. The paperwork they sent me said we were going to get the 3lap ride also. They told me it was a typo and that I did not pay for it. Got me excited and then took it away......Product rating : Cars were great, instruction good. Had a blast. Only thing is we were deafened by the speakers! They were so loud my ears are still ringing today. I could not understand what they were saying either so I was concerned they were yelling at me.I bought this event and the video for my brother and they forgot to put his video card in. Booooo, that was a bummer as well as when I got home I couldn't see my video either. Hope to get that corrected today.

Service rating : unfortunately, i got claustrophobic in the car and could not complete the race day. i was so looking forward to this event. they told me my son could use the ticket and i thought that was wonderful. the day was cold 32 degree windchill, and for some reason they conducted the classroom outside when there was an indoor classroom available. that would have made that part of the day much more enjoyable.Product rating : see above response.

Service rating : No problems with the staff....a little "surprised" with the experience, but that wasn't your fault!Product rating : It's really hard to rate this, because I think it was my own ignorance more than anything else that made the experience a tad "unsettling." I had no idea that there would be so many people driving/racing at the same time (I guess I thought there'd be a few of us, but I was really hoping I'd be able to drive the course alone, or with maybe one or two other cars). Nor did I know that I wouldn't be able to speak with anyone once I was strapped in, that I wouldn't be able to see anything behind me, and that I was supposed to know which "turns" were 2, 3, etc. As I said, a large part of this is from my own ignorance about the track and what would be involved. All in all, it was very "enlightening" but I'm not sure I'll be doing it again....or maybe I will, but under circumstances where I feel more in control, generally.

Thank-you team!Product rating : Sedona Hot Air Balloon was a bit misleading because the balloon ride did not take us close enough to the Sedona red rocks but it was still excellent. Our pilot and the crew were spectacular.

Service rating : See below--the balloon ride itself was great, so all is forgiven. But . . . I'm in California, so it's very inconvenient to have the reservation phone line close at 2 pm PDT; the literature said I could reserve on line, but I found no button or way to do that. Even tiny theatres and small restaurants have on-line reservations, these days, so I'd suggest you work that out. When I called to make the reservation, apparently the computer was down, so it took an extra day to get back to me. The literature plainly stated there was a sunset flight, but it turned out that's false--there's only a "sunrise" flight, and I don't like getting up that early in the morning. I won't go on, but basically, it was a bit of an ordeal setting this up. I think the process needs to be smoother and easier. But again, the ride itself was lots of fun.Product rating : Just got back from the balloon flight, and it was terrific fun. Farrell and the crew were very helpful and professional. So I'd recommend that. It was disconcerting to hear that the flight would be cancelled if there were fewer than five passengers or we might have to "upgrade" (read: the price goes up). The flight wasn't confirmed until Tuesday afternoon (for Wednesday morning), long after it was no longer possible to cancel our hotel room for a refund. So if it had been cancelled, we'd have been out quite a lot of money. It was a little confusing finding the rendezvous point--written directions are ok, but a map would be even better. I asked about how to dress and was then told to bring a jacket. That was vital, since it's quite cold at that hour (and height!); so please volunteer that suggestion to customers in future. Fortunately, the ride itself and the personnel, especially Farrel, were just terrific, so all the rest fades away. The champagne was a nice touch; and breakfast was very good. I'd certainly recommend the ride to friends, though I'd fill them in on some of the potential hitches along the way.
