Product rating : The item was second hand and had obvious signs of wear and tear. They had it refurbished at Chanel without me asking and at no cost. I bought a second hand item and recieved an item that was as good as new. Fantastic, I will use them again.

We are glad that you are happy with our luxury packaging as always and would like to offer our sincerest apologies that firstly the delivery took slightly longer then usual, sometimes international deliveries can experience slight delays once passed to overseas customs. Our apologies also that you say there is a odour in the bag, we are quite shocked about this as this bag has only been used a handful of times by it's previous owner and is in a pristine condition, we would have been more then happy to accept a return and offer you a full refund if you were not happy with the order within the returns period. We would suggest maybe spraying your favorite fragrance on some tissue paper and placing it inside the bag when you are not using it. When shopping for Pre-loved items you do have to bare in mind that some items will show signs of wear and use and occasionally odours, unfortunately we are unable to get bags dry cleaned but we always inspect our products thoroughly and would not re-sell an item that we believe is not suitable for use, we also ensure we give as detailed product descriptions as possible. We do hope you will continue to shop with us. Our sales manager will be in touch with you via email to see if we can be of further help. Thank you for your custom.
