Despite having booked a child seat and followed the booking request up with an email one was not available on arrival, it took about half an hour to get one after an already long dy travelling with a baby. I telephoned the company regarding the return journey to ensure they brought one to collect us from our hotel.... Yes you guessed it they turned up without one and had to call for one causing another half hour delay. Very disappointed and angry at the unprofessional and willingness to risk a baby's safety!

I am sorry that you had a problem with your child seat bookings. Occasionally communication problems can occur and we apologise for the disruption to your holiday. As in the UK there is no legal requirement for a child/baby to use a baby seat in public licenced transport, however I do accept as this was booked it should have been provided.
