Good service and reasonable response times
Mainly good service, although more training and guidance when the system was first installed would have been helpful. Also additional expenditure became necessary, post installation, which was not anticipated. The opening hours of the help desk could be improved - we work from 8 a.m. but the help desk does not open until 9 a.m.
We have received support and maintenance to a high standard for more than six years. Prompt, polite and well informed staff that give good advice on all matters concerning our IT requirements.
Good service. Though it would be better if we had weekend support.
I think it is a bit early in our relationship to comment on the IT Support performance at the moment. It is not as personal as our prior form of support so hence needs some adjusting to at the moment.
