I cannot walk in these shoes, and you should not be encouraging such shoes that can advsersely affect posture, increase risk of falls and therefore health. I loved this shoe and wanted it. but it is too high, particularly for those around 60. I am very fit, but unable to walk in these. The shoes were also poor fit around the small toes. Too tight. The shipping fee was included in the amount submitted to customs which meant I had to pay import duties on shipping - that is not right. I emailed customer service about this and received no reply. Tried to call customer service to talk to someone, but no one every answered so I had to leave a voice message which was never returned. 21-May-2013 Yes, I understand that I have to pay local customs duties, but if you read my comment correctly, you will see that is not my complaint. I had to pay customs duties on the shipping fee which is not correct. This is an error on your part because the paperwork you provide to your courier includes the shipping fee in the 'Total value' they report to US customs. So instead of paying duties on the price of the clutch I purchased, I am also paying duties on the £20 shipping fee. Sort it out! Read more	Thanks for your feedback.
