I received an email stating that there was a problem with my order, and that someone would call me within 24 hours to discuss. I never received a call. A week later, I discovered that one pair of shoes had been delivered, not the two I ordered. Later that afternoon, I received an email stating that as one pair wasn't in stock, I would be receiving a refund for that second pair. I think it was poor that I wasn't contacted when the email stated I would be, and also that I wasn't informed that the shoes had been dispatched - I only regularly check my post office box when I know i'm expecting a parcel. It also would have been appreciated to have been told earlier that the shoe I wanted wasn't available.
