Samara James website is a cut above any I have seen from other companies. Having to be able to see the ring in 3D, even on a hand is genius. Gives you a good feel what the ring will look like. This made my decision on what ring style ring to get so much easier, even before my consultation. The service which I received was first class, and next day delivery can't beat that. Special thanks to Rosie for all your help and advice.
Having used Samara James before I knew the service would be excellent, which it was again on this occasion. The staff are very friendly and you get a vibe that they genuinely want to help you. The wedding rings we received were brilliant and exactly as advertised. I would suggest using the silver sample service as it really helped make our decision that bit easier.
Vince was continually addressed as Mr Finlay which is the bride's name, the groom's ring appeared to have been lost and we dealt with several different assistants on the phone and in person, none of whom had read our notes or had any idea of where we had reached in the transaction. Very poor service which was completely different to the service offered by Rob when we bought our engagement ring. He was knowledgeable, took an interest in us and made us feel like we were buying something special whereas the second time, the staff treated us like we were buying a pack of nappies.

Really happy with the service, rings and price. Also bought the engagement ring here which was made by bespoke by Samara James and they were fantastic, sending images of the ring throughout the design process and changing where appropriate.
Good service, ordered the ring in Marr finish and it wasn't made very clear the ring out be sent out without the Matr applied then have to be sent back for the finish done. I didn't have time for all the sending back and waiting so had to get it sent with Mary finish. Felt I was bugging the customer service with my emails and phone calls regarding this process.

Our experience with Samara James was mostly good. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, but the aftersales contact could have been better as we waited several weeks longer than we expected and it would have been good to have some contact to update us on how things were going.

An engagement ring is a very personal thing & I received a very personal service from SJ. I was given a two hour appointment and at no stage was I made to feel stupid with all my questions or was I made to feel as though I should hurry up deciding the style and quality etc of the diamond in the engagement ring etc. I was looked after right from the moment I arrived at their offices, my fiancee loved the ring and I definitely got a ring that was great quality and value. I paid just under £2000 for the ring that has an insurance value of £3600. We will definitely be back to SJ for our weddings rings!

Samara James were excellent from start to finish. I dealt with Rob, and nothing was too much trouble. I visited not knowing alot about diamonds and bands and came out knowing a vast amount which really put me at ease. I had a budget, and was never forced upon to spend extra for better / bigger cuts. Rob showed me all different types of diamonds with different specs to make my own decisions on any differences, and ended up saving up to £500. I was undecided between two different rings and changed my mind last minute two or three times, which was not a problem. My fiancée absolutely adores her ring and is over the moon. I can certainly say we will be getting our wedding bands from Samara James without hesitation. Thank you to Rob and your team for all you help.
