Comparing with a suit I bought a short while before my purchase from Samuel Windsor, I am not entirely satisfied on the fit.
But, in terms of speed of service and the fact that I still find both suits wearable, I would definitely buy again from SM. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Service rating : I had hoped that these suits would be as described but they were not fitted and were much larger than I have ever experienced in a 40" short fitting. I have not worn the pinstripe suit at all and have only worn the navy suit once. It looks and feels ridiculous. I am very disappointed.

Excellent service - shoes arrived quicker than expected and are really comfortable. Only problem for Samuel Windsor is that as I am careful with my footwear I may not have need to purchase more for some time.

Service rating : I have used Samuel Windsor before. They produce good shoes at competitive prices and 2 for 1 is great value!
I made an error on in my order and this was dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner by a helpful lady called Emma Jones - thanks Emma!
Highly recommended!!
Product : I had looked in every high street store for a pair of size 6 brogues with no luck but Samuel Windsor delivered a pair within 24 hours.

I was rather annoyed when I recieved a mail the day after my order, telling that you dont ship to Denmark. It would be nice if you could see that on the homepage, before you have completed the order!!!!!

Our apologies for not being able to ship your order abroad. This is stated in our terms and conditions and on the order form;
The reason for this is because of courier contract conditions and the free returns service will not be able to be implemented from any country outside of the UK; which is quite an essential part of ordering clothing via mail order as you are unable to try the goods on first as you would on the high street.
We have taken the decision to not ship abroad so that any problems that may arise due to items not fitting do not happen at all thus preventing any sever dissatisfaction. We are always looking at ways to improve our service. This is the main reason we have joined forces with Feefo; to try and identify areas that we could place even greater effort to excel in. So we welcome any kind of feedback whether good or bad. I have passed your comments on to our Website Development team who are currently in the process of displaying this more clearly.

The quality of their products is very good and I was very happy with the pricing as well. I had a problem with the delivery though and this probably due to the delivery company that they use. I ordered the goods for my boyfriend's birthday and paid for express delivery so the order would arrive on time. In the end I didnt have my order on time and my boyfriend had to collect the order from the delivery company two days after his birthday ruining the surprise and at extra cost to us. . I was so unhappy about the delivery fiasco and this is the only reason I am giving the overall service a poor mark in the question below.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry your order didn't arrive in time for your Bofriends birthday and I appreciate your disappointment. I have the postage, as we clearly did not meet our service promise on this occasion. This was most certainly not up to our usual standards; normally when we give a delivery timescale we stick to it and indeed in most cases parcels arrive sooner than promised. Once again I apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

Service rating : I was very pleased with the easy order service on line and the speed at which the leather mule slippers for my husband arrived. I was also informed on line that they had been despatched They were a present for my husband and I can't tell you how delighted he was with your product. He is mostly housebound and to have slippers of quality on his feet all day was a great comfort to him
Product : The mule slippers purchased were of the finest quality leather both inside and out and so stylish that they could almost be worn as a day shoe. They let the feet breath and offer comfort all day long.
