19-May	Prestige Chelsea Boots: Brown Suede	Service Product	Service rating : I've been pleased with products I've had until this order. This time wasn't good. Product rating : I ordered two pairs. Both pairs had damage. One had the suede split across the back of the heel and the other had suede marked by whatever is used to colour the sole. I manage to make one good pair out of the two and sent the other pair back - and in addition both pairs were a lot lighter in colour than those shown in the brochure and much lighter than the previous pair I ordered and still wear. I'm now told that the pants are out of stock and none would be sent. What an absolute waste of my time. Need to get your systems sorted out. We do have systems in place that prevent suit components being part shipped but on this rare occasion it appears that this system failed.
