Service rating : Not good at all, first time order and wrong goods been sent out from the order form and I order on line but you charge me different from the leaflet i been sent. It cost 10p per minute to call for the return 'cos i can't do it on internet or email. The carrier been round to pick up the return goods but I am still waiting for the return lable to come in the post. not happy at all.

Service rating : The quality oif the clothes was rather disappointing, particularly the jackets. These had a bulge just below the collar that made the jackets look wrong and consequently unwearable. Obviously a fault in the design / cut. I will be returning my two suits and requesting a refund.

Product : I had to return my whole order as I ordered wrong sizes and changed the styles. Order was uplifted and new order dispatched very quickly. No extra charged for postage or for uplifting goods.

Service rating : The products and prices looked attractive, I ordered a pair of slippers which arrived within a few days. The product seemed good and the return documentation was comprehensive, this was fortunate as within a few days the sole split from the uppers requiring their return. I await the response.

Service rating : Very very good but not so much on this one occasion.
Product : Ordered two of the same pairs and one was faulty stitching undone so was not checked at control so a bit disappointed but sent them back and received an email saying I would get another pair once in stock again. Got a delivery note with them but not a return label so had to pay £8.65 for Royal Mail Special Delivery to send them back

Service rating : I have returned the two pairs of trousers which I bought as they were of poor quality, delivered in plastic bags in such a state that they would have to be ironed before being worn.
Would not recommend the company to anyone

After seeing the brochure that I got through the post, I ordered a pair of mocassins as a present for my father. They arrived quickly and I was kept up to date on the progress of my order via email. Overall, the service from Samuel Windsor is impeccable, and the products are beautifully made. Fantastic all round.

I am delighted with the shoes but awaiting a relacement because one shoe was bigger than the other. I have not received them yet.

This is the first time that I have bought from Samuel Windsor, which I did by telephone. The people were friendly, helpfull and efficient as was the delivery service. The shoes purchased represent good value for money.
