It is exceptionally rare for items to fail our tight quality control checks and for this we sincerely apologise. I have just checked and we have not yet received the jacket back but as soon as we do we will let you know and process your refund the same day.

I placed an order with Amazon two days after i placed the Samuel Windsor order but the Amazon order arrived 3 day earlier. Product rating : The jacket does not look as good as it does in the picture. It looks like its been worn for a while and then returned. My order was accepted each time by phone, but nothing arrived, and I was eventually told my size was out of stock. Read more	Thank you for your feedback. So sorry about this - these jackets were due in to us when you placed your orders but unfortunately our suppliers were unable to provide us with fresh stock which left us no alternative but to cancel your orders. I do fully understand your disappointment but we were both in the hands of the suppliers.

The stock levels on our websites are updated every 30 minutes but due to the success of this particular offer we sold out of the Loafers during this 30 minute period.
