I wasn't in a rush to get them, so no great problem. Surprised the shoe horn wasn't nicer considering I have received a metal one in the past. Read more	I am really sorry about this. As you know our courier claimed to not be able to find your address on the first attempt - wasting a great deal of time for both of us. I have raised this issue with at a very senior level with our couriers and please rest assured that this is far from the level of service we normally deliver.

Product rating : the shoes were scuffed, they are a bit narrow despite being half a size too big. we had to reglue the inner sole back into one of them and the returns were complicated so we just accepted them. they were a birthday present, so a big disappointment realy. I would hate you to have an item that you were not totally satisfied with so we will give you a call today to talk you through our free returns service. Once these are received back we will gladly exchange these or refund you.

However the first pair were treated as an exchange and another pair were sent out by yourselves. We did not take delivery of these which were obviously returned to you. My card statement shoes that I have now paid for two pairs of shoes instead of one and I have not received notice of the appropriate refund. I would be grateful if you could deal with this promptly.
