Our warehouse staff are generally very accurate indeed so I must apologise that we have inadvertently sent you the wrong order. We do take measures to ensure that mistakes of this nature are kept to a minimum but sadly human error does intervene. I do hope that this very rare error does not deter you from ordering from us again in the future.
