Service rating : Website was easy to follow. Unfortunately, I paid for items to be delivered on Saturday and they didn't arrive until Monday. Rang customer services who sorted out a refund of postage charge.
Product rating : Although the quality of the jacket is good the hanger it arrived on was absolutely filthy and left my hand black when I touched it. Told this is customer service who just replied sorry.
