Product rating : The shoes were fitted with lasts that help maintain the shape until there worn. The lasts do have a strong metal coil to them, and my shoes were packed with the coil of one last pressing against the outside of the other shoe. This has left indentations in the leather of the other shoe - I have decided to accept, but please communicate to responsible dept to add packing material bewteen the shoes/coils so this does not happen. Product rating : Returned these as they were nowhere near the quality I have come to expect from Samuel Windsor. Why oh why would you put plastic soles over leather.
