If you check your records I have purchased several suits for you and have just done so again only when the stupid sale finished. The credit card details you entered for payment were not authorised by your bank. Whilst I appreciate the frustrations caused having to call our customer service dept to correct this information, I have checked our phone system and on the day you called the average time holding before speaking to an operator was only 18 seconds.

No complications whatsoever and the replacement trousers arrived a week after i sent them back.
