Sadly, although it wasn't a problem, the courier did not heed the perfectly clear to see instructions about where to put the parcel in the event that there was nobody home. I was emailed about this but despite the on-line promise that part orders would not be sent out the jacket was sent. However, this didn't just happen once but twice. A few days later the trousers were again available on-line so I ordered both jkt and trousers. However, yet again the jkt arrived and no trousers. Having contacted customer services it seemed that the same mistake had been made yet again. Very disappointing customer service, especially the second time when nobody even contacted me about the trouser being out of stock. Read more	Thank you for your feedback. We do have systems in place that prevent suit components being part shipped but on this rare occasion it appears that this system failed. I will arrange for one of our customer service team to contact you immediately make sure you have been correctly refunded.

Space does not permit me to describe the efforts we got to to continually improve our products and this suit is no exception. If you are not 100% satisfied then please return the suit for a full refund.

Then was told it was on a special delivery for Tuesday and that the driver would call me. He did call me and instead of looking at the correct tried to drop it off at my neighbours house when my wife had just buzzed him in to our house. He then proceeded to ask my wife for ID such as a passport as he can't give her the parcel. To be honest the product is great but SW service poor.
