Was sent one suit and just the jacket of the other suit. Nthe trousers had been "discontinued". Wy send out the jacket??? Was called by Samual Windsr and they said I had to return the jacket to a collection depot a few miles away before I get a refund. I said that was inconvenient and the man said that they would post a prepaid sticker so I could post it at a lcal Post Office. I awaited a few days and it never arrived. I therefore had to make a special journey to drop off the jacket at a town 5 miles away. Not the service I expect from Sam Windsor. Have been a client a few times in the past. Product rating : No suit trousers as discontinued. Why send out jacket??? Read more	Thank you for this feedback and I am so sorry for the poor service you have experienced with this order. Only when I queried it was I told the jacket (for which they had accepted my order) was out of stock and unobtainable. It then took tow attempts to get an alternative. Unfortunately we experienced a rare error with our stock feed over the Christmas period this has since been rectified but a handful of customers were offered incorrect stock information during this short time. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by these mix ups. Sent jacket but no trousers - when queried told they had none left. What use is a jacket without the trousers. Pointed out that I had an email the day before I ordered saying trousers stock is low but pair put aside should I wish to complete the order - made no difference so haven't got the suit. Otherwise no drama. Product rating : I ordered this suit at the £79 price - and if I'm honest a bit apprehensively. Maybe too good to be true for 100% wool? Relieved and very pleased to say that the quality really is very good. It's nicely cut, it fits really well, and there's nice detail - such as the red lining. A very satisfied customer - definitely get another. (Unlike the shoes I bought a few years ago which were a bit rubbish). However on this occasion the courier company let them down by leaving the suit outside in the dark and not putting a note through the door to say it was delivered. Out meant the suit was outside in sub zero temps all night. This was the first suit I have purchased and unfortunately it didn't fit at all well. From my perspective I think I need to actually get measured up in a shop as the jacket was too short, but then too big round the shoulders and the trousers were too short and tight. I have asked for a refund but I would definitely use Samuel Windsor again in the future. Read more	Thank you for this feedback. Its such a shame that the suit was not a perfect fit for you.
